• Free adverts: Only PRIVATE advertisers can post their adverts for FREE. The private adverts will remain free until further notice. We may decide to introduce a small charge for posting private adverts at a later date. The business advertisements do not qualify for the free listings. The business adverts are listed under our Business classified pages upon a formal request and payment of the appropriate fees.

   

• Sales are final. No Refunds: Glasgowtimes.com is not responsible for errors made by the customer in submitting advertising. If there is an error in any advertisement, it is the responsibility of the customer to go online and modify the ad. Customers who detect other errors in any advertisement or content should contact Glasgowtimes.com immediately via email to admin@glasgowtimes.co.uk. For material errors caused by Glasgowtimes.com, users will receive a credit toward the purchase of future advertising equal to the value of the advertisement for the time during which the material error existed. All such credit is applied to future advertising only – NO REFUNDS.

Other Specifics About Interactive Areas. Glasgowtimes.com provides a forum in which you can share ideas and information. Given the nature of  Glasgowtimes.com and the volume of messages and postings, Glasgowtimes.com cannot and does not monitor all of the material posted or transmitted by users and third party information providers. To protect your safety, please use your best judgment when using these forums. International Users. Glasgowtimes.com is controlled, operated and administered by PULSETRACK LIMITED from its offices within the United Kingdom. Pulsetrack limited makes no representation that materials or Content available through Glasgowtimes.com are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal or is prohibited. You may not use Glasgowtimes.com or export the Content in violation of U.K export laws and regulations. If you access Glasgowtimes.com from a location outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
